The Timpanogos Bluegrassroots festival is proud to bring another year of rollicking, knee thumping, handclapping, finger pickin’, voice raising family-friendly music under the beautiful Wasatch Mountains.

The 5th annual Bluegrassroots Festival proudly presents a wonderful summer afternoon and evening of great music for the entire family. Saturday, June 17, 2023

This amazing Festival gets underway from 2pm – 6pm at the Orem Recreation Center Park at 581 W. 165 S. in Orem. Come and bring your favorite instrument and enjoy some of the most talented bluegrass musical artists Utah has to offer in this “in-the-park, up-close-and-personal” experience. There will be workshops, jam sessions and lots of fun. Local food and music vendors will add to your enjoyment.

At 7:00pm, the incredible evening performances begin just around the corner at Mountain View High School Bruin Football stadium. First, Marvin Payne, the “godfather of music in Utah county”, will treat us to some of his best music from the past six decades.

At 730 pm, one of America’s favorite Bluegrass couples and frequent Grand Ole Opry performers, Darin and Brook Aldridge, with their band, will entertain us. Utah is pleased to welcome them in one of their rare, west-of-the Mississippi appearances. They will delight the audience  with many of their best known songs selected from their many recordings.

Your wristband allows you to attend the entire Festival for one price. Bring the whole family or make it a special date. One thing is for sure; it will be a memorable event to celebrate our American tradition of folk and bluegrass music!
